Style Eyes SMS Program

These Terms of Service govern the SMS messaging program operated by Style Eyes, a DBA (Doing Business As) of Ontario Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Program Description

The Style Eyes SMS Program sends text messages to users who have explicitly opted in. Messages may include:

Appointment reminders for eye exams

Order confirmations and pickup notifications

Service-related updates regarding eyewear services requested

Marketing and promotional messages only where separate and explicit marketing consent has been provided

Message content depends on the type of consent selected by the user.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the phone number from which you received the message.

After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through the same method used initially.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Style Eyes and the services you have requested.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Compliance

This SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Business Identity

Style Eyes operates as a trade name and DBA of Ontario Limited, which is the registered legal entity responsible for this messaging program.
